You Ask, We Answer

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, we are accepting new clients for in-person therapy as well as therapy via secure video conferencing software. Contact us to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

What makes your practice unique?

As doctorate-level therapists, we have completed the most extensive graduate training available in psychological theory, practice, and research. Using this training, we will uncover your true self and focus on growth, self-discovery, and the exploration of the unconscious to help you face your challenges. We provide long-term and in-depth therapy, as well as ADHD and psychological assessment, using a tailor-made personalized treatment approach in a safe space.

What are your fees?

Individual Therapy: $250 per 45-minute session; Couple/Relationship Therapy: $275 per 45-minute session; Group Therapy: $100 per 75-minute session; Psychological assessment: $1200-4200, depending on type of assessment required to meet your needs; ADHD Assessment: $1200. We offer reduced-fee therapy sessions depending on need and availability. If we are unable to lower our fees enough to meet your needs, we can provide you with appropriate referrals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellation fees will be waived if it is possible to reschedule that appointment for the same week. Please be aware that insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or credit card.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers, meaning we do not work directly with insurance companies. However, we are insurance-friendly, and can supply you with monthly superbills, which act as receipts, and can be submitted to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

What is the difference between psychotherapy and coaching?

Typically, psychotherapy is longer-term and provides a deeper healing experience by exploring the past, present, and future. Psychotherapy is provided by someone who has completed extensive training and schooling, and is licensed by a governing board.

What is a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure you save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
