Tailor-made Therapy Just For You

Confide. Collaborate. Connect.

Therapy provides a unique, collaborative opportunity to re-experience personal history in a new relationship, see it in a new way, and make connections between past & current conflicts and how you relate to yourself & others. The goal of successful, tailor-made psychotherapy is to integrate all of you.

Adult Individual Therapy

Focused, personalized, one-on-one, undivided attention.

Having a trained expert who will listen objectively and without judgment, foster a safe space, and push you to unpack and process life’s most difficult challenges.

Individual therapy is vital to discovering one’s true self, and navigating difficult life situations and day-to-day stressors. During individual therapy sessions, we will explore who you are, the patterns you have developed over your lifetime, how to deal with issues you face, and how to make meaning of your experiences and relationships.

Couples/Relationship Therapy

One unit, made up of individuals.

Having a trained expert who will listen objectively and without judgment, foster a safe space, and push you to listen, communicate, and respect the partnership.

As intimacy blossoms and develops, couples/relationships begin to face challenges that can stall their growth. Having a safe space together to communicate openly and honestly, where all opinions are heard without judgment, creates room for progress and understanding.

Telehealth/Virtual Therapy

Focused, personalized, one-on-one or couples/relationship or group, undivided attention.

Having a trained expert who will listen objectively and without judgment, foster a safe space, and push you to unpack and process life’s most difficult challenges, all while providing psychotherapy services remotely using HIPAA-compliant telecommunication technologies.

One of the benefits is that we can engage in services without being in the same physical location. You can expect to participate in a private space where you cannot be interrupted and can focus on the therapeutic work– often times headphones can be helpful. You will still receive the same time, attention, and dedication to your mental health needs despite the interface looking and feeling a bit different.

Group Therapy

Three or more individuals, different perspectives, and group accountability.

Having a trained expert who will encourage you and your group members to listen objectively and without judgment, foster a safe space, and support, observe, and provide feedback to each other.

The aim of group therapy is to utilize the emerging dynamics of the group, culture, and interactions between members as a vehicle for personal discovery. We will provide support, observations, feedback, and relational experiences necessary to help members grow and change. Arguably, there is no better way to learn about yourself and discover your “blindspots” than in the context of a group.
